Who makes it
Green Room is built and maintained by Big Lettuce Entertainment, an independent production and distribution company. The team uses Green Room on its own productions, so the product is shaped around the documents and handoffs that actually happen between prep and wrap.
Why it is free
Independent filmmakers and students should be able to organize a shoot without putting another subscription on the production card. The core production tools are free with no trial and no credit card. Advertising and an optional ad-free upgrade support the service without changing the toolset available to free projects.
Public production resources
The public generators and reference guides work without an account. They include a film call sheet generator, production invoice generator, and a 50-state film incentive estimator with links back to the relevant government or film-office source where available.
