Production and service responsibilities
Productions ordinarily decide why cast, crew, and other personal data is collected, what enters their workspace, and who may access it. Green Room processes that workspace information to provide the service at the production’s direction. Green Room separately administers its own account, billing, security, and optional analytics information.
Request a processing agreement
Email contact@biglettuceentertainment.com to arrange a customer data-processing agreement and obtain the current subprocessor, location, and transfer-safeguard information. Where your processing requires a written agreement or specific international-transfer safeguards, arrange those before placing personal data in the workspace. This page and the Privacy Policy do not replace an executed agreement or establish that transfer requirements have been satisfied.
Minimize sensitive information
Use only the details needed for production coordination and restrict collaborator access. Do not upload national identification numbers, completed tax forms, identity documents, bank-account details, or medical records. Children’s information and health or religious information require additional authority and safeguards.
Requests about workspace data
Individuals can contact the production or use Privacy requests. We assist the relevant production with access, correction, deletion, and other rights requests. They do not have to hold a Green Room account to contact us.
