Agreement and eligibility
By creating an account or using Green Room, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract, or use the service on behalf of an organization that has authorized you to accept these Terms. The service is not intended for children under 13.
The service
Green Room provides tools for organizing film and media productions. Features such as rights checklists, tax-incentive estimates, budgets, forms, and exports are organizational tools only. They are not legal, tax, accounting, payroll, medical, safety, or insurance advice and do not replace qualified professionals.
Accounts and security
You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting credentials and authentication factors, promptly reporting suspected compromise, and activity performed through your account. Do not share individual credentials. Use project membership controls to grant collaborators access.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Green Room a limited, non-exclusive license to host, copy, process, transmit, and display that content solely as needed to operate, secure, and support the service and follow your instructions. This license ends when the content is deleted, subject to reasonable backup cycles and legal retention duties.
You represent that you have the rights, permissions, notices, and lawful basis needed to upload and process the content, including personal information about cast, crew, vendors, subjects, and minors. You are responsible for project-member access and for removing access when it is no longer appropriate.
Sensitive information
Use the private-file option and the smallest appropriate project membership for confidential records. Do not upload passwords, authentication secrets, full payment-card data, bank-login credentials, Social Security or national identification numbers, completed tax forms, bank-account details, identity documents, medical records, or information whose storage is prohibited by law or contract. Use an approved payroll, healthcare, or identity-verification provider for those records.
Acceptable use
You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. We may restrict or remove content or access when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, investigate abuse, or preserve the service.
Subscriptions
Green Room Ad-Free is offered for $4.99 USD per month or $49 USD per year, with no free trial. The selected plan begins when Stripe confirms payment and renews automatically at the same interval until canceled. The price, renewal interval, and cancellation terms are disclosed before purchase. You may cancel online through Manage billing; cancellation stops the next renewal and ordinarily takes effect at the end of the paid period.
The separate Support Green Room payment is optional, one-time, not tax-deductible, and does not provide Ad-Free access or another feature. The Cancellation & Refund Policy is incorporated into these Terms.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Green Room reliable but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may change, and maintenance or security events may temporarily limit access. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate exports or business-continuity copies of critical production records.
Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Green Room is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Big Lettuce Entertainment will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, productions, opportunities, goodwill, or data. Any aggregate liability will be limited to the greater of amounts paid for Green Room during the prior twelve months or one hundred U.S. dollars. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law or to liability that cannot legally be limited.
Termination and deletion
You may stop using Green Room at any time. Project owners should transfer or export projects before account deletion. We may suspend or terminate access for material violations, security threats, nonpayment, or legal requirements, using reasonable notice when circumstances permit.
