Ad-Free subscription
Green Room Ad-Free costs $4.99 USD per month or $49 USD per year, depending on the plan selected at checkout. There is no free trial. The subscription begins when Stripe confirms payment and renews automatically at the same interval and then-current disclosed price until canceled.
How to cancel
You may cancel online at any time from Green Room Settings by selecting Manage billing and completing cancellation in the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation stops the next renewal. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, Ad-Free access remains available through the end of the period already paid for and no further subscription charge will be made.
If you cannot access your account or the billing portal, email contact@biglettuceentertainment.com from the address associated with your account. Do not email payment-card details.
Subscription refunds
Subscription charges are generally non-refundable once the paid period begins, except where required by law. We will review requests involving duplicate charges, unauthorized charges, billing errors, or a failure to provide the purchased Ad-Free service. Contact us promptly with the account email, charge date, amount, and a description of the issue, but never include a full card number or security code.
Canceling a subscription does not itself refund the current period. If we issue a refund, it may take time to appear through the original payment method, depending on Stripe, the card network, and the financial institution.
Support payments
Support Green Room payments are separate, optional, one-time contributions toward development and hosting. They are not charitable donations, are not tax-deductible, and do not provide Ad-Free access or another product benefit. They are generally final, except where required by law or in cases such as a duplicate, unauthorized, or erroneous charge.
Price changes
A change to an existing subscription price will apply only after any notice and consent required by applicable law. The price and renewal interval shown by Stripe at checkout control the initial purchase.
