Acceptable Use

Green Room may be used for legitimate production work. These rules protect collaborators, subjects, infrastructure, and the rights of others.

Do not use Green Room to

  • Break the law, facilitate fraud, exploitation, harassment, stalking, threats, discrimination, or violence.
  • Upload malware, active web content, credential-stealing material, or files intended to compromise a person or system.
  • Probe, scan, bypass, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service or another project.
  • Send spam, deceptive email, unlawful marketing, or messages that conceal the sender’s identity.
  • Upload content you do not have the right to use, including unlawfully obtained confidential, copyrighted, or personal information.
  • Collect or expose highly sensitive information without a legitimate production need and appropriate safeguards.
  • Sell, rent, scrape, or compile personal information obtained through the service.
  • Misrepresent generated forms, rights checklists, incentive estimates, or reports as professional certification or advice.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations, preserve relevant evidence, remove or quarantine content, limit sending or storage, suspend access, and cooperate with lawful requests. When practical, we will consider severity, user safety, intent, and whether a problem can be corrected.

Reporting

Report abuse, suspected infringement, or dangerous content to contact@biglettuceentertainment.com with the project or account information needed to investigate. Do not send confidential file contents by ordinary email unless requested through a secure channel.
